Anthony Neck is a Chartered Accountant and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has recently commenced business as a Virtual CFO for Small to Medium business Enterprises (SME). He is a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. In addition, he is a Certified Chair and a member of the Advisory Board Centre. He has an Accounting degree (with distinction) from University of Victoria. He lives on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and travels to the Northern Territory on a quarterly basis.

Prior to commencing his own business, Anthony was the CFO for the largest and successful landowner group of companies in Papua New Guinea, Anitua Ltd. During his time with the Anitua Group, the average increase in net profit after tax (NPAT) was more than 40% per annum compounded in the financial years 2009 to 2015.

Prior to his work with Anitua Ltd, Anthony worked with a leading Insurance Broker on the Sunshine Coast, AIB Insurance Brokers. Previously, Anthony worked with his successful family retail business, in his original hometown, Alice Springs. Before this, Anthony worked for Deloitte in Adelaide and Alice Springs in both their audit and taxation divisions.

Anthony is passionate about assisting the SME business sector to grow and flourish in today’s innovative and complex business world. When time permits, he has a keen interest in various sports and attempts the odd game of golf.
